Cancellation Policy:
ForumIAS Academy shall not refund the money or transfer the money to be adjusted against any other student, once enrolled for any course/class/material with ForumIAS Academy. However, in some cases, the student can change the courses he/she paid for earlier. In such cases, ForumIAS Academy is liable to deduct administrative charges (Minimum 25% of the total payment) and put the remaining money as retained money. That retained money can only be used for new courses. Such cases shall be approved by ForumIAS Academy itself.
Extra Payment Refund Policy:
In case, ForumIAS Academy receives extra payments for any course by any means, ForumIAS Academy will refund the extra charges within 15 days, only after receiving proofs for such claims. The transfer methods may include direct bank transfer using NEFT, in person/authorised representative cheque collection from ForumIAS Academy offices or any other means agreed by both, the student and the management of ForumIAS Academy. For any bank related formalities during the payment process, ForumIAS Academy is not liable to pay for any damages which resulted solely due to bank processing or negligence from the side of the student. Students are advised to take such concerns directly with the bank or they may proceed to raise a ticket at consumer forums if not satisfied. ForumIAS Academy will try to help the students with constraints of time, work-force and other factors.
